Ok, so I know I am a total slacker! these should have already been posted, but life happens sometimes- so here I am. I personally had such a wonderful time catching up with my good friends from Celebration Church- we have all been a part of a great photograhy group led by Rich Ulrich for I guess almost 3 years now and I have to say that we just don't get together nearly enough and we have to try doing this more often. But this was fun- Rick and Lucy's daughter Jami is a professional dancer and teacher and we got together with their students to try to capture some unique images. I had fun (as you see) with some silhouetting- it sort of just stayed in that mode... I only took a few of my favorites- hope you enjoy. Do stop by Rick's site to see some of his images as they went on to downtown Jax for some really neat shots.. You can also visit our pbase site to enjoy images from Beth and Marshall.

Then There Were Two...
So we got home on Friday and Bailey's bunny was patiently awaiting her arrival... We took a few fun fotos to say "Thanks Mom-Mom and Pop-Pop!" Bailey loved her pkg. and we are eagerly waiting for the Easter Bunny to stop by. We have our tree out front adorned with colorful eggs so he knows where to stop on Easter morning. I can't wait to share photos. So I hope we'll see you again soon.

Peter Cotton Tail...
So we get home yesterday and to my surprise there is a small package on the front step to our house. Now, I am like most people- I LOVE getting packages, but I love it more to see the kids' excitement while opening a box, especially when it is unexpected. My mom had mentioned sending Bailey a pkg before her trip coming up in a couple of weeks- but it can't be that because she is over seas and it usally takes a couple of weeks to receive them... I eageraly pick up the pkg looking to see to whom it has been sent... There it is: Ayden Owens. Of course he is oblivious that there is even a package while Bailey is hoping it is hers and I am trying to figure out who it is from since there is no return address of the sender on the outside of the box. (Something similar happened at Christmas when we recived a pkg of delicious Chocolate and Caramel apples except we had NO idea who to call and thank... it was only a few weeks ago that one of my girl friends asked if we had received them and explained that the company did not put their names on the gift and other people she had sent them to did not know who they were from either.) I said that to say that I was worried we were going to have a repeat and I would not know who to say thank you to. But as it turned out, Bailey's wonderful grandparents, Steve and Rayona, sent it to him. It was so thoughtful and I hope you can see from the photos how much he loves it. (There isn't much of it left by the way!) So, thank you for thinking of him and thanks for being incredible grandparents to Bailey- she just adores you more than you know.

Tami & Robert
This Saturday past I had the pleasure of second shooting for Amy Barry of Capturing Real Life. I always enjoy working with Amy because she has a fun, creative eye and isn't afraid to try new ideas and suggestions- and if you know me- I can come up with some interesting ones! :oD
This is my second venture to the beautiful Ravine Gardens in Palatka, FL where I have to say that the gardens really are breath taking! I have included a few favorites and hope that you enjoy them! Amy captured some really awesome moments during the ceremony (and afterwards) so if you have a few minutes, I encourage you to check out her site.
